Soteria Training Academy is a team of expert firearms instructors based in Baltimore, Maryland.

The name Soteria comes from the Ancient Greek Goddess of safety, deliverance, and preservation from harm. When you take a course with us, you can be sure each lesson will be delivered with those values at the forefront of our minds.

In addition to our real-world security experience, our instructors have spent extensive time training with active and retired US Army Special Forces members.

Our wealth of experience shows when training new shooters, as we always emphasize sound fundamentals from the jump. For intermediate shooters, we combine those fundamentals with a variety of training scenarios to fully prepare our students for realistic situations. For our CCW students , we understand that carrying a weapon is a significant lifestyle change, and we take pride in fully preparing our trainees for it.
